Surrounded by the historic campus, it's not just a place to work out—it's where you can find motivation and growth. Perfecting my squat technique was a big challenge. Talking to fellow gym buddies taught me so much about getting my form right. They stressed how even a small adjustment in how I stood could make a big difference in my lifts. I learned that patience and persistence were key as I worked on my squat depth and controlled my movements. Recently, I set out to deadlift 200kg, a goal that required more than just physical strength—it needed mental toughness too. Planning each session meticulously, I walked into the gym to see others like me, pushing their limits and encouraging each other.

               The new experience about the summer school                                                                                                     ----by Jason Zhao Yale University, located in New Haven, Connecticut, is a place where history blends seamlessly with modern life.Yale’s architecture tells stories of the past. Walking around, I admired the grand Harkness Tower and the detailed carvings on Sterling Memorial Library. These buildings have been around for a long time and reflect Yale’s rich history. At the same time, Yale has modern buildings like the School of Management and the Art and Architecture building. These buildings are very different with their glass walls and modern designs. They show how Yale combines tradition with innovation. Living in the dorms was a big part of my experience. At first, it was a bit intimidating living with people I didn’t know. But over time, we became close friends. We studied together late at night and explored New Haven on weekend
