Entering Yale's gym feels like stepping into a realm of endless possibilities. Surrounded by the historic campus, it's not just a place to work out—it's where you can find motivation and growth.


Perfecting my squat technique was a big challenge. Talking to fellow gym buddies taught me so much about getting my form right. They stressed how even a small adjustment in how I stood could make a big difference in my lifts. I learned that patience and persistence were key as I worked on my squat depth and controlled my movements.


Recently, I set out to deadlift 200kg, a goal that required more than just physical strength—it needed mental toughness too. Planning each session meticulously, I walked into the gym to see others like me, pushing their limits and encouraging each other.
